Where is Paul Furlong now?
An important part of the Chelsea team that reached the UEFA Cup semi-finals in 1994, Paul Furlong retired from playing in 2012 at the age of 43 after a spell as player/coach at St Albans City.
When Furlong joined Chelsea from Watford in 1994 for £2.3 million he became the South London side’s record signing
He also broke Birmingham City’s club record when he signed for them in 1996 for £1.5 million from Chelsea.

In retirement Paul Furlong has pursued a career in football coaching and is currently in charge of the Queens Park Rangers under 18’s academy team.
Hi son Darnell Furlong made his Premier League debut for Queens Park Rangers in February 2015 and joined West Bromwich Albion in the summer of 2019.
