DJ Campbell

Where is DJ Campbell now?

The much-travelled striker DJ Campbell retired from playing in 2015 after a spell in the lower leagues with Maidenhead United.

Although he played for both Queens Park Rangers and Birmingham City in the Premier League, Campbell had his best season at Blackpool during their EPL campaign of 2010-11 where he scored 13 goals in 31 games and finished the club’s top scorer.

Unfortunately his career didn’t kick on from that season and he found himself playing for Championship sides until he ended up at non-league Maidenhead United in a bid to rekindle his love for the game after he was cleared of match-fixing in August 2014.

He ended his 15-year association with the game having made 427 first-team appearances, scoring 174 goals.

Upon retiring from playing he opened a customised handmade jewelery shop in Hatton Garden, London called Seattle Gold but this has since folded.

He has since founded and operates a football management agency called Platinum Guard Sports Group.
