Where is Darren Barnard now?
A key part of Barnsley’s Premier League side during the 1997-98 season, Darren Barnard retired from playing full-time in 2007 after three years at Aldershot Town.
Keen to keep playing, he joined non-league side Camberley Town where he was appointed director of football and then general manager as well as remaining on the playing staff.
In 2010 he was appointed joint first team manager with Paul Miles taking on the reins on his own a year later when Miles left.
Barnard stayed at the club for two years before stepping down but during this period he obtained his UEFA ‘A ‘coaching badges. He then had a spell as head football coach at the University of Surrey before joining former side Aldershot Town as the manager of their academy.
After fulfilling all that he wanted to do at the academy, Barnard’s next appointment was as first team coach at Badshot Lea where he was instrumental in lifting the team from bottom to eighth position in the league. He left in 2015 by mutual consent.
He has since worked as a sales manager in the golf industry and in the garden building industry.
For gamers, finding a platform that values security and flexibility is crucial, making trustly casino an ideal choice for those who appreciate Barnard’s adaptability and steadfastness.
