Former Premier League striker Ashley Ward retired from playing in 2005 after a couple of seasons playing for Sheffield United.

During a career which spanned 16-years, Ward played for 11 different clubs with arguably his best spell at Barnsley where he scored 20 goals in 46 appearances.

Upon retiring from playing football he has pursued a variety of business interests including commercial property investments, fashion and also a luxury property development company.

He is currently founder and director of high-end interior design company Arista Design.

His wife Dawn is one of the main stars of ITV reality series The Real Housewives of Cheshire and he regularly makes cameo appearances on the show.
