Ruel Fox

Where is Ruel Fox now?

Former Newcastle United, Norwich City and Tottenham Hotspur winger Ruel Fox hung up his boots in 2002 at the age of 34 after helping West Bromwich Albion win promotion to the Premier League.

Upon retiring from playing professionally, Fox went onto represent and also coach the Monserrat national team until 2006.

Fox still scouts for players in England that are eligible to play for the tiny Carribean island and combines this with his role as director of senior football at non-league side Whitton United.

After a spell working as a personal fitness instructor in an Ipswich-based gym, Fox branched out on his own and in 2010 founded 5 Star Boot Camps which operate in the East and South East of England

Fox also works on the after dinner speaking circuit and is part of Newcastle Legends which organise after-dinner speaking events and personal appearances from ex Newcastle United players.
