Robbie Blake

Where is Robbie Blake now?

After a career mostly spent playing in the top two English leagues, Robbie Blake retired from playing professionally in 2013 after a brief spell with Doncaster Rovers.

Upon retiring Blake worked as a scout for Portsmouth before joining the club on a full time basis in September 2015 as part of manager Paul Cook’s backroom staff.

Technically gifted and a natural finisher during his playing days, Blake’s coaching remit included working closely with the Portsmouth strikers.

Before moving to Portsmouth, Blake was one of the lead coaches at the Premier Player Football Academy in his native North-East where he worked alongside former Premier League players Neil Maddison and Phil Stamp.

After spending nearly three years at Pompey, Blake left the club in May 2018 when his contract expired to join non-league side Bognor Regis in his current role as first team coach.
