Although he didn’t play any games during the title-winning season and therefore didn’t qualify for a medal, Chelsea manage Jose Mourinho arranged for a replica medal for his contributions over the season.

During an illustrious career, Schwarzer broke many records including the most appearances for Australia with 109 caps, the oldest Chelsea player and also the oldest Leicester City player.

Schwarzer now works in the media as a pundit and match analyst working for the likes of the BBC on their Football Focus show and their 5 Live radio show.
