David Howells

Where is David Howells now?

After a career mostly spent at Tottenham Hotspur, David Howells was forced to retire in 2000 at the age of 32 after a persistent knee injury.

Since retiring from playing Howells has had many projects on the go including running holiday resort-based soccer schools and an involvement with Guildford City where he was director of football and occasional player.

Howells was also a director of sports coaching company PSD until he left in March 2017 to work as director of football at Charterhouse School in Godalming.

He also worked as head coach at sports and entertainment agency Playerworks / CSM during his time at Charterhouse, expanding his role to mentoring and performance analyst in July 2017

Howells left Charterhouse School in June 2018 and continues his work at CSM.
