Darren Peacock

Where is Darren Peacock now?

Darren Peacock was forced to retire from playing in at the age of 32 after sustaining a serious neck injury whilst playing for Wolverhampton Wanderers in 2000.

After setting up a property company which took him to Portugal, Darren Peacock resumed his coaching badges in the late 2000’s and got his first managerial post at non league side Lancaster City in April 2013.

In 2014 Peacock recruited former Queens Park Rangers team mate Trevor Sinclair as his assistant manager.

After a disappointing start to the 2015-16 season, Peacock and Sinclair left the club by mutual consent after both feeling they had taken the club as far as they could.

Peacock is currently director of football at The North Lancs & District Development Centre which aims to bring together the best boys and girls from the area to create football squads that can compete with other districts & academies.
