Where is Paul Parker now?

Former Premier League defender Paul Parker hung up his boots in 1997 after dropping into non-league football with Farnborough Town.

Starting his professional career in 1982 with Fulham, he went onto make over 450 first-team appearances for six teams over a 15-year period including Manchester United where he won two Premier League titles, two FA Cups and also the League Cup.

On the international stage he represented the England national side on 19 occasions and was an important member of the side which reached the semi-finals of the 1990 FIFA World Cup.

Upon retiring from playing Parker went straight into management and had spells with Chelmsford City and Welling United before moving into broadcasting as a pundit and co-commentator.

He has since worked for the likes of Setanta Sport, Astro Supersports in Malaysia, Fox Sports Singapore and Channel News Asia as well as Sky Sports News and talkSPORT,

He also writes a football blog for Eurosport.
