Leon Osman

Where is Leon Osman now?

After 16 years playing at the top-level, former Everton midfielder Leon Osman hung up his boots when he was released by the club at the end of the 2015/2016 season.

Coming through the ranks at Everton where he was a FA Youth Cup winner in 1998, he went onto make 352 Premier League appearances for the club breaking David Unsworth’s record number of appearances. Although he never won any silverware during his time at the club, he did get an FA Cup runners-up medal in 2009.

On the international scene he represented England on two occasions with his first cap coming at the age of 31.

He is now a regular guest on the Sky Sports News show ‘Premier League Daily’ and American channel NBC Sports as well as featuring on the radio for the BBC World Service and Radio City in Liverpool.

Osman has also represented Everton in an ambassadorial role.
