Where is John Moncur now?
A cult figure at West Ham United due to his combative style, flashes of brilliance and off the field antics, John Moncur retired from playing in 2003 after playing for ten consecutive seasons in the Premier League.
Starting his professional career at Tottenham Hotspur in 1984 he went onto make over 300 first-team appearances for eight clubs, although five were loan spells during his time at White Hart Lane.
Upon retiring from playing, Moncur spent time as chairman of non-league side Grays Athletic where he employed former West Ham United team-mate Julian Dicks as manager.
After time spent working as a director of Drillmore Solutions which is a specialist recruitment company for the the oil and gas industry he is now director of family-business JFM Cars which supply cars and vans across the UK.
