Derby County’s top scorer in the Premier League, Dean Sturridge retired from playing in 2007 whilst at Kidderminster Harriers.

Since retiring from playing Sturridge had one season co-commentating on Derby County games for BBC Radio Derby but he left because he wanted to focus on a coaching career.

Sturridge is also the uncle of Liverpool and England striker Daniel Sturridge.
