Where is Andy Sinton now?
Former QPR midfielder Andy Sinton retired in 2007 after three years at non-league side Fleet Town in a player-manager role.
Starting his professional career with Cambridge United in 1982, he went onto make over 700 first-team appearances over a 20-year period for seven sides including Brentford and Tottenham Hotspur where he was part of the side which won the League Cup in 1999.
On the international stage he represented the England national side on 12 occasions under Graham Taylor’s tenure between 1991 and 1993
Upon hanging up his boots Sinton went into full-time management with Fleet Town where he stayed for five years before joining AFC Telford United.
In his first year in charge at the club he successfully led his team to the Conference via the play-offs, and kept them from relegation in his second season.
Unfortunately his third season was a disaster and he left at the start of 2013 by mutual consent after his side recorded a 16-game winless run.
Since May 2015 Sinton has been working as a club ambassador for QPR which involves attending games, working with commercial partners and helping promote the Queens Park Rangers brand.
